Are toys with mirrors OK to put in a cage containing one parakeet?

I heard from another parakeet owner that having toys with mirrors on them make the bird agressive and less willing to bond wtih it’s owner. Is this true? I always thought it gave my parakeet company when I was not around; besides he’s so attached to them, I would hate to take them away from him. What should i do??

Is it a bad thing to put mirrors in your parakeets cage?

I bought my parakeet a couple of “toys” that have mirrors attached. Now all my bird does is stand there and stare at herself all day. I’ve heard some pros and cons of putting mirrors in her cage..
